I Belong Here

The other day I came across a post from Ellen Degeneres about a little boy named Tayt, who recently passed away. Tayt was disabled, but he brought SO MUCH light into the world. His energy radiated love.

That also made me reflect on another YouTube channel I watch called Special Books By Special Kids. There has been more than one time I heard a mother say people told her she should abort her severely disabled child.

One woman said someone even asked her what value her child could even give to the world, being that disabled. That pinged my heart. I’ve felt into these kids who are interviewed and they have such LOVE, kindness, and gentleness in their energies. They, too, add so much *light* in the world. More people could stand to have that amazing energy. These kids (and others with disabilities) add immense value to the world.

*I* add immense value to the world. The world is a much brighter place with me in it. I am such a kind, loving, encouraging, accepting, uplifting soul. I can’t even imagine if my mom would have aborted me. What the world would be missing.

I deserve to be here and so do others who are disabled. We are all a VALUABLE part of the rainbow. We (all together) make the world a better place! 🌈
