Love Loves You, Always

I love you when you make mistakes.

I love you when you are hurting.

I love you when you make the “wrong” decision.

I love you when you’re struggling.

I love you when you think you don’t deserve my love.

I love you when you push me away.

I love you.

I love you when you’re “bad”. (You’re never bad. I never see you as bad. Don’t see yourself as bad.)

I love you when you don’t let me in. I’ll always be here.

I love you when you’re afraid to let me love you. I know you fear that the most, letting me in and then losing me. The pain is just so much. But you can never ever lose me as I’m always here. I’m in you.

Love can’t go away because it always exists, within you. You *are* love.

I love you when you are “negative” and hate your life. That just means you love yourself so much that you know you deserve the life you want. And recognize this isn’t it. I love that you know you deserve to be happy.

I love you when you don’t want me. I know deep down that you do, and that you know I’m there. You just need to realize there’s nothing you can ever ever do to make me withdraw my love. It’s always here. Always. No matter WHAT. You can push me away as much as you want but I’ll always be here.

I know you deep deep down want to be held. And that scares you. You were held and it went away and the pain was so so incredibly painful that you don’t want to do that again. You don’t want to hurt like that.

Let me love you. I want to. I want to so badly. I want to show you that love doesn’t have to go away. That love doesn’t have to hurt. That love is always HERE. And it can’t go away.

You deserve love. Always. There’s nothing you can ever do *wrong* to make you not deserve love. Ever.

You don’t have to numb out to love. Or defend against it. Love isn’t scary. Love is beautiful and amazing and feels good. Let yourself *feel* love. It’s safe. I know that feels scary but love does feel so incredible. Let yourself feel it.

Love doesn’t judge you. Only *you* judge you. Please stop judging yourself. Love accepts. Love just wants to love you. In all of your moods. There’s no mood that will ever make love not love you.

Love won’t reject you. Only *you* can reject you. So please stop rejecting yourself. Don’t you know how amazing you are? Love thinks you are amazing. And sees all of your perfections. Notice your perfections too.

Don’t fear love. I know, you have spent a lot of your life fearing it. But, allow it. You need love. Love is such an incredible feeling and you deserve to feel it.

Love loves you, always. Always.
