I cannot be the uplifter of those who drain me.
It is not my responsibility to be their energy source.
I am not a bad person for needing to let those people go.
I deserve peace.
I deserve to have people who are good for my energy field.
I deserve to have people who match me and who uplift me too.
These are thoughts I had during my meditation just now and I thought it might be helpful to share, as I know many people who will relate to this.
